you buy with Dynamic Properties Group, you only pay the first month’s
lease and a small optional deposit. This will save you between 35%
and 85% every time you buy a home.

Equity accumulates much faster (five times or more)
than with conventional financing through a bank or lender.
Lease Payments Are Working Toward Purchase
Every month for the first 12 months, a portion of
your rental payment is credited towards your down payment or off

If you get an FHA or government-backed loan, we'll pay your down
payment and closing costs.
